The initial fee for the Operations Strategy Consulting is $4,000.00. Payment plans are available. The package includes the 3-hour virtual Operations Strategy Session, the Strategic Action Plan, the Kolbe assessment, and 90-days of support.
If you want to continue support, quarterly retainer options are available.
I’ve designed the Strategic Action Plan to empower you to feel, “I know exactly what to do now.” It includes a replay or our strategy session, a task list, graphical representations of workflows we discuss, and a robust guide with context and decisions from our discussion as well as practical instructions on how to execute.
This is a classic “in depends” situation. If we’re designing workflows from scratch or completely revamping them, we can cover 1 or 2 full process designs depending on the complexity. If we’re doing a broader operations discussion for optimization, quite a bit of ground can be covered.
This is designed as an advisory session, so execution will rest on you and your team. However, situations may arise where it’s necessary for me to get involved hands-on to help.
Over the course of 90-Days, we’ll have regular scheduled check-ins to keep execution at the forefront of your priorities. I will also help provide guidance if you hit snags or unforeseen circumstances arise.
Whether the project is taking longer than expected or you enjoy having an operations expert on-hand, I’m happy to continue to be here for you. Quarterly retainers are available.
If you’re not quite ready for a full Operations Strategy Session, a 90-minute Advisory Session is a great alternative. This session is quick and strategic, but does not include the supporting materials and guidance.
Additionally, a quarterly retainer is a convenient and budget-friendly way of getting advice when you need it.
