Executive Assistant meets project manager meets Chief of Staff to give you the strategic business partner you’ve always needed.
Running an efficient and effective business involves a lot of moving pieces that often don’t naturally connect together. To ensure you’re no longer dropping balls, are performing well day-to-day, and are working strategically toward the future, you need someone by your side to handle operations.
You need an executive business partner.
An executive business partner synchronizes and manages the different aspects of your business, including day-to-day operations, projects, and team members, so your focus can be on growing your business.
Simply put, an executive business partner blends together the daily management of an executive assistant, the strategic planning of a Chief of Staff, and the execution of a project manager.
My executive business partner clients are professionally well-established female leaders looking to free up their energy and expand their revenue efforts. I’ve worked with an array of business owners, including:
I only take a few executive business partner clients at a time, so I can give you the best attention and quality of work possible. Additionally, all work is performed personally by me – in other words, I don’t use third-party contractors to deliver. When you hire me, you hire me.
Services are available at a rate of $85.00 per hour and a minimum retainer of 20 hours per month, with discounts available for larger contracts. Hours are tracked through the month and a time log is provided for your records. A rollover of hours is allowed and will be discussed in detail during contracting.
Our first contract will be for 3 months to ensure we’re a mutually good fit. This gives us time to delegate tasks, set up systems, and hit our stride while getting to know each other.
After the initial 3 months, contracts are written for 6 or 12 month terms.
I typically work Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Arizona time. Additionally, I regularly take time off for holidays and vacations (a calendar of time off will be provided at contracting.)
This process is a little uncomfortable because there are no guarantees in your relationship investment. (Hey, I’m just being honest here.) To help ensure we lay the groundwork for success, all of my clients take the Everything DiSC Workplace and Kolbe A Index assessments. I’m certified in both and use the results to evaluate how we may best work together.
Additionally, the initial contract is limited to 3 months to give us both a trial period to ensure the relationship is working out for both parties.
Yes! Clients will occasionally ask me to join them for strategic team meetings or critical client engagements. We can discuss your needs further during our exploratory call.
Happy to direct you! My About page contains the current certifications I hold. If you want to deep dive on my background, my LinkedIn profile is a gold mine.
Please complete the form below and I will reach out to schedule an exploratory call.
